  • How do I arrange a viewing?

    Contact us either by email, phone or text and we will arrange a suitable viewing time with yourselves (we need to give our present tenants 24 hours notice)

  • How do we secure the property?

    You will need to pay the security deposit (£200 per person for 6 and 9 bedroom properties and £375 per person for 2 bedroom properties) which will be held as a holding fee until the contract is signed, once signed it will be registered with The Deposit Protection Service (DPS) who will hold the deposit for the duration of the tenancy. If the tenancy doesn't proceed the holding fee is non-refundable.

  • What will I need when signing for a property?

    University registration card, Passport, Bank details (account number and sort code) Council tax exemption certificate (if you have one)

  • Do properties have Gas safety certificates, EPC , Electrical safety certificates and HMO licenses?

    Yes all of our properties comply with all government legislation, copies will be provided once the agreement is signed. All of our properties are SNUG accredited and registered with the University of Sheffield giving you piece of mind.

  • What if there is a problem with my property once I've moved in?

    Email ourselves or call during office hours and we will arrange for the relevant tradesmen to call to your property as soon as possible. Emergency numbers will be provided.
